At Tingabar, we strive to deliver your little one’s favorite outfits quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will be dispatched.

Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

• Our logistics partner accepts shipment pickups up to 4:00 PM (IST) on working days.
• Orders placed on or before 3:00 PM (IST) will be dispatched the next working day.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM (IST) will be dispatched on the next-to-next working day.
• Orders placed between 3:01 PM and 4:00 PM will be processed based on operational feasibility but are generally treated as post cut-off orders.

Working Days

• Dispatches are processed on working days only (Monday to Saturday).
• Orders placed on **Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Remote or non-metro areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Important Notes

• During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.
• Tingabar is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the shipment has been handed over.
